Welcome to the W.E.W.I.N Podcast! Twenty-five years. That is how long it took me to realise that the corner office and the perfectly curated LinkedIn profile were not the destination — they were the detour. Banking, aerospace, UK government, technology, yup! collected industries the way some people collect stamps. Impressive to look at. But something was missing. Then faith stepped in — gently at first, then rather insistently asking a question I could not ignore: "What if your story was never just about you?" So I walked away from 25 years of corporate life, found my purpose in the middle of an MBA classroom, and never looked back. The W.E.W.I.N Podcast — Women Encouraging Women In Navigation was born out of that awakening. A space where real women tell real stories, so that no woman has to spend 25 years wandering in her own wilderness wondering why. Somewhere out there, that woman is you. You found us for a reason.
